Pilates Cadence (operated by Biwada LLC) is built to help Pilates instructors sequence classes quickly with minimal data collection. We never sell your personal information or run third-party ad networks.
1. Information We Collect
- No Account Required to Start: You can use the Pilates Cadence Step-by-Step Builder, Proven Flow Archive, and Exercise Atlas for your first 5 class builds without signing in or providing any personal information.
- Optional Account Sign-In (Google or Email): When you sign in via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication) or enter your email address to link or verify an unlimited membership, we receive your email address, display name, and Firebase authentication identifier solely to authenticate your session and sync your membership status across devices.
- Payment Information (Handled 100% by Stripe): All $8.00/year membership checkouts and billing portal sessions are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Pilates Cadence never receives, views, or stores your credit card number or bank details. Stripe shares only your billing email address, subscription status, and transaction identifiers via signed webhooks so we can activate your unlimited access.

Local Studio Preferences & Saved Flows: Your preferred Reformer spring convention (Color Springs vs. Weight Springs), studio prop availability, custom exercises, and saved personal flows are stored locally in your device’s browser storage (
localStorage) for instant offline-friendly loading at the studio podium.
2. Cookie-Free First-Party Telemetry
To ensure reliability and understand which class formats or reference guides are most helpful to instructors, Pilates Cadence records lightweight, cookie-free aggregate events (such as page views, flow completions, and checkout initiations) via our first-party edge endpoint (api.biwada.com). We do not use invasive cross-site tracking cookies or sell behavioral profiles to advertisers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Pilates Cadence sequencing workbench and reference guides;
- To verify your $8/year unlimited membership status across your laptop, iPad, and phone;
- To send transactional billing receipts or respond to support requests sent to support@pilatescadence.com.
4. Data Sharing & Subprocessors
We share data only with essential infrastructure providers required to operate the service:
- Google Cloud / Firebase Hosting & Authentication: Hosts the web application and authenticates optional Google/Email sign-ins.
- Stripe, Inc.: Processes $8/year subscription payments and provides the self-serve Customer Billing Portal.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: Provides DNS, SSL, email routing, and our first-party edge database for membership verification.
5. Data Retention & Your Deletion Rights
You can clear your locally stored studio settings and saved flows at any time by clearing your browser site data. If you wish to delete your account record or email association from our membership database, email support@pilatescadence.com from the address associated with your account and we will permanently delete your record within 7 business days.
